We all face our own struggles in life, but we also possess the tools to overcome them. It is my goal to assist clients in discovering these tools. As a certified hypnotherapist, trained EFT practitioner and Reiki master in Oakland, CA, my approach combines psychological and spiritual healing to help people move forward.

Through a combination of life coaching, hypnotherapy and emotional freedom technique (EFT), I access the inner-wisdom of my clients. I guide them on a journey of personal exploration in a comfortable, intimate setting so they can feel at ease as they unlock their own ability to heal. Using life-coaching strategies, I will aid in setting attainable personal goals, breaking emotional boundaries and rebuilding self-esteem, by realizing individual value.

My techniques have abetted clients seeking anxiety relief, emotional-psychological release and overcoming stresses from past life regression. Healing is an internal process, and my goal is to lead you through that process. I offer appointments at $75/hour and house calls for Western Alameda and Contra Costa Counties for an additional fee. I provide sliding scale payments options for low-income individuals.
